After establishing a successful legal practice in India, the client wanted to set up a new practice in the USA, tailored to a very specific target audience - Indian-Americans residing in the USA, seeking Estate Planning services.
The Brief: Craft a new brand identity from scratch, for a yet to be explored business model, targeting a brand new set of potential clients, whom our client also only had limited exposure with at the time.
Create a Unique Identity
To appeal to the target demographic and carve out a special place in their minds, we created a new logo that projects a modern-Indian aesthetic - connecting the dots between the Indian traditions and American aspirations of the clients.
The colour palette was chosen to convey a sense of expertise and authority, while also coming across as approachable and interactive.
Establish an Online Presence
What was a simple landing page previously was updated to an elaborate website with multiple functionalities such as, booking seats for a webinar, scheduling a consultation call, sharing queries through an integrated form, and reaching out via messaging.
The expertise of the practitioners, and the services they offered were weaved into the story of the brand to project the passion and deep thought that goes into every project.
Maintain a Consistent Brand Image
The Firm regularly conducts webinars and online consulting sessions, and shares informational videos on social channels - these marketing avenues required multiple collaterals that were all perfectly in sync with the new brand identity and the website.
The Brand Today
While still in its nascent phase, the Firm is in the process of creating a positive reputation for itself in the Indian-American community.
